  4. 2014 Bruery Smoking Wood Porter with Coffee& Vanilla

Brewed with beachwood and cherrywood smoked malt, and aged in bourbon barrels, Smoking Wood is a delicious demonstration of what wood has to offer when it comes to beer. This imperial smoked porter is brewed with a hefty amount of rye malt, contributing to a full body and light spiciness. Toasty oak, caramel and vanilla flavors balance the smokiness, contributing to an intense yet refined flavor profile. The previous release of Smoking Wood was aged in bourbon barrels. With generous amounts of vanilla beans and coco nibs. ABV 13.5%

  5. 2013 Goose Island Bourbon County Stout

One of the best stouts ever brewed and while they were still independent with an ABV of 14.2%

Flemish red ale aged in red wine barrels, ABV 7.5%

  9. 2013 Allagash Interlude, Imperial Farmhouse Ale

Rooted in a Belgian theme, Interlude soars from a second fermentation with Allagash own Brettanomyces yeast. Then takes five in French oak wine barrels that once cellared fine Merlots and Sirahs. This brew has magnificent red wine notes and funky farmhouse flavors dancing in the undercurrents of a crisp, with ABV 9.5%

  10. 2016 Cascade Manhattan NW Sour

Manhattan NW consists of sour quad and blond ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 24 months with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux. A tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail, this unique sour beer interpretation features flavors of bourbon, maraschino cherry and bitter almond with a rich malt backbone. ABV 10.3%

  11. 2016 Dogfish Head 120min

Too extreme to be called beer? Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month & aged for nother month on whole-leaf hops!!! The 120 Minute I.P.A. is by far the biggest I.P.A. ever brewed! At 20% abv and 120 ibus you can see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads!

  12. 2008 Stone Double Bastard

Originally brewed to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Arrogant Bastard Ale, Double Bastard Ale debuted in November 1998 as an amped-up version of that already aggressive beer. A huge malt bill and an unreasonable amount of hops make this ale one that will be appreciated by only a few, and that’s just fine with us. We didn’t brew this dark amber monster to please anyone other than ourselves. ABV 11.2%

  13. Dansk Mjød Viking Blod, Mead

Nordic honey wine with hibiscus and hops added. ABV 19%

DMjød Brewery specializes in hand crafted mead from Denmark. Mead is a honey wine. It is the product of boiling honey, water and several spices. After the boiling process, the mead is included in the ingredient for three weeks of fermentation. It takes about six months for mead to reach maturity, before it is ready for consumption. Mead is the type of drink that gets better over time. Dansk Mjød Brewery takes pride in its mead production process. Its recipes root back in 1700s. Beer ingredients used in the Dansk Mjød brewery are considered pure, one hundred percent natural and without additives that allow them to craft fine qualities of beers

Vertical Series that will be available:

  14. 2013 Bruery Bois, Old Ale

The traditional fifth anniversary gift is something made of wood, or “Bois” in French. Bois is our fifth anniversary ale, loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. A portion of each of our anniversary ales is saved in our barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character that comes with age. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Bois is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. ABV 15%

  15. 2014 Bruery Sucre, Old Ale

The traditional sixth anniversary gift is candy or sugar, so we’ve named our 6th anniversary ale "Sucré" which is "sugar" in French. Sucré is our sixth anniversary ale, loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Sucré is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. ABV 16.9%

  16. 2015 Bruery Cuivre

The traditional 7th anniversary gift is copper, so we've named our 7th anniversary ale "Cuivre" which is "copper" in French. Cuivre is loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. A portion of each of our anniversary ales is saved in our barrels and blended in with the next year's production, providing more complexity and depth of character that comes with age. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Cuivre is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. ABV 16.2%

  17. 2016 Bruery Poterie

Poterie is French for “pottery”, the traditional eight-year anniversary gift. Our eighth anniversary ale, Poterie, follows in the footsteps of our anniversary releases before it, which are loosely based on an English-style old ale, fermented with our house yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. This means that a portion of each anniversary ale is saved in oak barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character as the years go by. The result is layered in robust and complex flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak. Poterie will age gracefully for decades when cellared properly. ABV 16.8%
