Come on in and take home a Blazing World Pint glass when you enjoy a pour of this sticky icky luxuriously hoppy amber loaded up with intemperate quantities of Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which are some of the fruitiest, dankest hops sweet, sweet money can buy. Despite its amber hue, Blazing World is pleasingly dry, sporting a lightly bready malt backbone that serves as platform for the huge & complex hop profile.
Tonight we will be featuring:
Reforged XXI "21st Anniversary beer"
This beer is a precise blend of three of AleSmith’s rare barrel-aged offerings – rum barrel-aged Old Numbskull (Old Rumskull), red wine barrel-aged Quad, and bourbon barrel-aged Noble Empire Imperial Porter. This unique blend creates a full-bodied, complex beer with flavors of vanilla, oak, chocolate, plums and cherry that make it a perfect beer for holiday toasts and cozy celebrations. This beer ages well for many years, which is why we have saved it just for you! 11% ABV
Vietnamese Speedway Stout
Since 2012 Alesmtih has been adding this blend of four Vietnamese coffees, known in Vietnam as cà phê sa đá, to our popular imperial stout. The coffee beans were slowly roasted at low temperatures and then brewed by AleSmith with a traditional phin-style filter that gently percolates water through the ground coffee. The result is an intensely aromatic and bold tasting coffee that complements the notes of chocolate and roast in this massive stout. 12% ABV
"The band members are all big fans of this style of beer. We wanted to create our thirst-quenching version of a traditional Vienna-style lager (famously brewed by the Mexican breweries) that showcases a grainy, malt-forward sweetness and easy drinkability. Clean and crisp with subdued hop bitterness to balance, makes Sublime Mexican Lager the go-to beer for hot summer days or pre-concert tailgating." -- AleSmith owner/CEO, Peter Zien 5.2% ABV
Nut Brown Ale
AleSmith Nut Brown is a tribute to one of thier favorite British styles. Deep mahogany in color, its rich, malt forward flavor profile balances notes of biscuit, mild cocoa and earthy hops. A creamy mouthfeel and full body enhances its drinkability, making Nut Brown an extremely sessionable, ale that embodies our commitment to quality. 5% ABV
A Belgian-style Golden Ale brewed with authentic Belgian ingredients including candi sugar and a Trappist yeast strain, its fruity and spicy aromas include notes of orange, banana, and peppercorns. Coriander seeds add refreshing citrus notes which meld seamlessly with the beer’s delicate malt. Horny Devil finishes with a lively carbonation and a refreshingly dry finish. 10% ABV
Old Numbskull Bourbon Barrel Aged
Barrel-Aged Old Numbskull, is matured in premium bourbon barrels for up to one year to develop its rich and intense flavor profile. The result is an amazingly complex beer that balances the caramel and toasted malt character of the Old Numbskull with notes of vanilla, oak, and bourbon from the barrel aged process. Savor this one now or continue to age it in the bottle for years to come. 11% ABV
Tonight come on in and enjoy a one of kind rare flight of brews. Buy a flight and take home a glass!
Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA '14
120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy. ABV 18%
Goose Island Bourbon County '14
*the glass given will be Bourbon County
This year is definitely our favorite for Bourbon County, which is why we saved it for you all to enjoy now. The brew is silky and rich but not too cloying or sticky, and its charred, roasty flavors don't overpower the subtle hints of nutty oak and dark dried fruit. Molasses, vanilla, and dessicated coconut balance gentle bourbon, bittersweet chocolate, and burnt raisin. ABV 14.1%
The Bruery Bois '13
The traditional fifth anniversary gift is something made of wood, or “Bois” in French. Bois is The Bruery's fifth anniversary ale, loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. A portion of each of their anniversary ales is saved in barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character that comes with age. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Bois is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. ABV 15%
Hangar 24 Pugachev's Cobra '14
Rich. Black. Gold. This intense Russian Imperial Stout is has a thick caramel head is bursting with aromas of chocolate, vanilla, oak, bourbon, licorice and dark fruits, while flavors of chocolate-covered plum, sweet malt, bourbon, and roasted coffee explode on your palate. This is no ordinary beer; three different dark roasted malts and rich maple syrup are combined in a truly unique brewing process to create complexity and depth. Once fermented, it’s then aged for eight months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. ABV 18.9%
Tonight come in and enjoy the delights of chocolate and fruit inspired beers. The flight will include:
THE BRUERY’S WHITE CHOCOLATE (14%ABV)
This bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale made a fanciful trip to the chocolatier and thus was born, White Chocolate. It’s a rewarding summons to the senses – beginning with its golden appearance and finishing with warming, white chocolate-like flavors. This is accomplished by adding cacao nibs from TCHO and fresh vanilla beans to our bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale, complimenting the rich notes of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla from extensive barrel-aging.
KASTEEL’S BARISTA CHOCOLATE QUAD (11% ABV)
The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer... However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate.
SONORAN BREWING COMPANY’S WHITE CHOCOLATE ALE (4.5%ABV)
Inspired by the beauty of the White Mountains, this brew is a light, refreshing and completely unique wheat beer. Like a fine chocolate, this brew has a delicate aroma and a subtle taste of white chocolate.
And of course, ST. LOUIS FRAMBOISE (4.5 % ABV)
The raspberry fruit lambic that everyone loves.
Cider has sparkled in Brittany since the Iron Age, when Gaul (ahem, the owners of the deli's last name) warriors roamed the ancient land named “Armor” or “Country-by-the-Sea.” They worshiped the sun, the moon and the stars and feared nothing but the sky falling on them.
Celt cider is named after these proud and fearless warriors who lived in the six Celtic nations known as the “Celtic Crescent”: Brittany, Cornwall, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man.
This is a refreshing “demi sec” cider with a fruity flavor balanced by a crisp dry finish made from the finest apples in Brittany.
Authentic and traditionally made hard cider imported from Brittany. 4.5% ABV

In 2002, when the SAQ requested an exclusive new high-end product, Unibroue responded with Terrible. Given its dark colour and 10.5% alcohol content (a first for Unibroue), they knew that this Belgian quadruple-style ale might very well be greeted with reticence.
So they gave it a name that would evoke terror and worry, but also something extraordinary, formidable and awe-inspiring. From here on out, no other beer can ever be called Terrible.

The Track 7 Line-up:
1) Panic IPA
WEST COAST IPA
Panic is heavily hopped with modern American hops, featuring copious amounts of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. Plus Magnum and Crystal hops are also used. Lurking beneath the flavorful hops are subtle citrus flavors, a not-so-subtle stone fruit, notes of grapefruit, and a slightly dank nose. Big hops and a smooth body with notes of grapefruit, pine, biscuit.
7% ABV 70 IBUs
2) Nukin’ Futz
ROBUST PORTER W/ PEANUT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE AND LACTOSE
This creamy and crazy ale takes Track 7's Burnt Fog Smoked Porter recipe, and adds smoked malt, peanut butter, chocolate and lactose sugar. The combination produces a creamy peanut butter cup of a beer .
7.3% ABV 20 IBUs
3) Daylight Amber Ale
AMERICAN AMBER ALE
Too firmly hopped to be a pure Amber Ale with Magnum, Cascade and Centennial hops, but too malty to be an IPA, this not-so-typical Amber Ale has a slight up-front bitterness and floral character that fades into a malt body influenced by caramel, toast, and toffee flavors.
6.3% ABV 45 IBUs
4) Golden Guava IPA
INDIA PALE ALE WITH GUAVA
Golden Guava is a smooth, clean IPA that lays down the foundation for a massive amount of flavors and aromatics. Golden Guava features four types of hops, Citra, Crystal, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which combine to bring out a wealth of citrusy and tropical flavors. To give this IPA some real aromatic punch, we’ve also added guava puree, which unsurprisingly gives this this beer a huge tropical nose.
6.5% ABV 60 IBUs

The Graham and Scott families established Track 7 Brewing Company as an outlet for creative expression through unique and artisanal beers. The name, Track 7 Brewing Company, was selected in part due to the brewery’s proximity to the old Western Pacific railroad tracks, west of Curtis Park, and as a nod to the integral role the railroad has and continues to play in Sacramento’s rich history.
Track 7’s approach to beer is in the vein of the firmly-hopped West Coast tradition, but without fidelity to a singular “style”. This unfocused approach allows Track 7 to experiment with all varieties of beer, regardless of American, Belgian, English, or German inspiration. Our ales and lagers are hand-crafted using nothing but the best ingredients to create these dynamic, award-winning beers.
TWO flights of Alesmith Specialty Craft Beers AND a Alesmith pint glass to take home for $25!!
- Double Barrel Speedway Stout
- Old-Fashioned Speedway Stout
- Member Berry Speedway Stout
- Vietnamese Speedway Stout
- Special Pils
- Orange X
- Horny Devil
Speedway Stout’s ominous, pitch-black appearance has become a hallmark of this modern-day classic. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee from Ryan Bros. Coffee, Inc. added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors and enhances its drinkability. Despite its intensity, Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink. This beer ages very well and will continue to mature for many years to come.
