Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA '14

Goose Island Bourbon County '14
*the glass given will be Bourbon County

This year is definitely our favorite for Bourbon County, which is why we saved it for you all to enjoy now. The brew is silky and rich but not too cloying or sticky, and its charred, roasty flavors don't overpower the subtle hints of nutty oak and dark dried fruit. Molasses, vanilla, and dessicated coconut balance gentle bourbon, bittersweet chocolate, and burnt raisin. ABV 14.1%

The Bruery Bois  '13

The traditional fifth anniversary gift is something made of wood, or “Bois” in French. Bois is The Bruery's fifth anniversary ale, loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. A portion of each of their anniversary ales is saved in barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character that comes with age. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Bois is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. ABV 15%

Hangar 24 Pugachev's Cobra '14

Rich. Black. Gold. This intense Russian Imperial Stout is has a thick caramel head is bursting with aromas of chocolate, vanilla, oak, bourbon, licorice and dark fruits, while flavors of chocolate-covered plum, sweet malt, bourbon, and roasted coffee explode on your palate. This is no ordinary beer; three different dark roasted malts and rich maple syrup are combined in a truly unique brewing process to create complexity and depth. Once fermented, it’s then aged for eight months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. ABV 18.9%
