THE BRUERY’S WHITE CHOCOLATE (14%ABV)
This bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale made a fanciful trip to the chocolatier and thus was born, White Chocolate. It’s a rewarding summons to the senses – beginning with its golden appearance and finishing with warming, white chocolate-like flavors. This is accomplished by adding cacao nibs from TCHO and fresh vanilla beans to our bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale, complimenting the rich notes of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla from extensive barrel-aging.
KASTEEL’S BARISTA CHOCOLATE QUAD (11% ABV)
The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer... However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate.
SONORAN BREWING COMPANY’S WHITE CHOCOLATE ALE (4.5%ABV)
Inspired by the beauty of the White Mountains, this brew is a light, refreshing and completely unique wheat beer. Like a fine chocolate, this brew has a delicate aroma and a subtle taste of white chocolate.
And of course, ST. LOUIS FRAMBOISE (4.5 % ABV)
The raspberry fruit lambic that everyone loves.
