Track 7 "Keep The Pint Night"

The Track 7 Line-up:

1) Panic IPA

WEST COAST IPA
Panic is heavily hopped with modern American hops, featuring copious amounts of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. Plus Magnum and Crystal hops are also used. Lurking beneath the flavorful hops are subtle citrus flavors, a not-so-subtle stone fruit, notes of grapefruit, and a slightly dank nose. Big hops and a smooth body with notes of grapefruit, pine, biscuit.
7% ABV 70 IBUs

2) Nukin’ Futz

ROBUST PORTER W/ PEANUT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE AND LACTOSE
This creamy and crazy ale takes Track 7's Burnt Fog Smoked Porter recipe, and adds smoked malt, peanut butter, chocolate and lactose sugar. The combination produces a creamy peanut butter cup of a beer .
7.3% ABV 20 IBUs

3) Daylight Amber Ale

AMERICAN AMBER ALE
Too firmly hopped to be a pure Amber Ale with Magnum, Cascade and Centennial hops, but too malty to be an IPA, this not-so-typical Amber Ale has a slight up-front bitterness and floral character that fades into a malt body influenced by caramel, toast, and toffee flavors.
6.3% ABV 45 IBUs

4) Golden Guava IPA

INDIA PALE ALE WITH GUAVA
Golden Guava is a smooth, clean IPA that lays down the foundation for a massive amount of flavors and aromatics. Golden Guava features four types of hops, Citra, Crystal, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which combine to bring out a wealth of citrusy and tropical flavors. To give this IPA some real aromatic punch, we’ve also added guava puree, which unsurprisingly gives this this beer a huge tropical nose.
6.5% ABV 60 IBUs

Their History

The Graham and Scott families established Track 7 Brewing Company as an outlet for creative expression through unique and artisanal beers. The name, Track 7 Brewing Company, was selected in part due to the brewery’s proximity to the old Western Pacific railroad tracks, west of Curtis Park, and as a nod to the integral role the railroad has and continues to play in Sacramento’s rich history.

Their Beers

Track 7’s approach to beer is in the vein of the firmly-hopped West Coast tradition, but without fidelity to a singular “style”. This unfocused approach allows Track 7 to experiment with all varieties of beer, regardless of American, Belgian, English, or German inspiration. Our ales and lagers are hand-crafted using nothing but the best ingredients to create these dynamic, award-winning beers.
